Mecânico Pro is a platform developed to facilitate access to technical content, courses and exclusive benefits for mechanics and professionals in the automotive sector.
With a model based on corporate plans and individual subscriptions, the application seeks to centralize relevant information and improve the qualification of its users.
This project covered all stages of design, from user research to creating high-fidelity interfaces, resulting in an intuitive and effective solution.

Mechanics and professionals in the automotive sector face difficulties in accessing technical information, training courses and exclusive benefits in a single place. Fragmentation of content hinders professional development and career development.

Goal
Create an accessible digital solution that offers training, support and exclusive benefits for mechanics, facilitating access to relevant information and promoting professional development in the sector.
Our main goal is to develop an app that can appeal to audiences of different age groups, while further improving the ticket booking system.

The Mecânico Pro app was designed to provide an intuitive and accessible experience, aligned with the needs and expectations of users.
Quick Search
It allows you to quickly find essential technical information. The user can search for DTC codes, access test tables and check injector pressure data, facilitating vehicle diagnosis and maintenance.
My Courses
Displays progress of ongoing courses, showing percentage completed, number of lessons, and total time, allowing the user to easily resume learning.
News
Connection with Revista O Mecânico to bring the latest updates in the sector, keeping the user informed about news, trends and regulations.
Recommendations
Allows the user to pin the most used tools to the home page, such as technical information for light and heavy lines, community, EVO Automotiva, workshop management, among others, ensuring quick and practical access.
Edition of the Month
Integration with O Mecânico Magazine, offering access to the latest edition, with the option to view and download directly on the platform.

Videos
Access to the YouTube channel of Revista O Mecânico, where thousands of educational and technical videos aimed at the automotive sector are available.


Login & Register
This section allows users to register and log in to the platform using their CPF/CNPJ and password or by connecting via social networks. After logging in, it is possible to personalize the experience by selecting preferences, ensuring that the content displayed is relevant to the user's profile.
Tools & Chat
In the tools section, users have access to technical information, workshop management, community and support, organized by categories such as "Light Line" and "Heavy Line".
On the chat screen, you can communicate directly with the customer service team for support and to exchange information.





Light Line & Heavy Line
This feature allows you to search for detailed information about vehicles by entering the license plate or performing an advanced search.
Users can access technical manuals, procedures and specific data on engines, gearboxes and more, as well as view technical documents in different formats.


Online Course Program
After selecting the desired session and completing the necessary follow-ups, the user will be redirected to the payment screen. After payment is completed, the ticket will be generated automatically.
Users will be able to view their tickets via the dedicated ticketing screen. This functionality will allow them to easily access details of their reservations, including information about the film, session and selected seats.

What problems were identified?
Navigation Difficulty
Users report that the current interface is not intuitive, making searching for information and features inefficient.
Low Content Personalization
The system does not adapt courses and materials according to the user's level of experience and interest, limiting the relevance of learning.
Inefficient Support and Service
The platform lacks an agile support channel, resulting in delays in resolving technical problems and user queries.
Lack of Integration
There is a lack of integration with other services in the Mecânico Pro ecosystem, including the magazine O Mecânico, Congresso do Mecânico and Curso do Mecânico, making it difficult to synchronize data and monitor activities.
